Just drop the Franklin Garage Expansion.xml file into Grand Theft AutoV/menyoostuff/Spooner/
This is a extended room where Franklin can chill and watch some netflix with his friends!

I am sorry. I dont tought that after saving my file the Props like trashcans, the door and the other stuff will be there again.
