Nice idea. As a piece of advice, this mod should allow vehicles to reach the island https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/no-boundary-limits

Looks good! You can get around some of the issues by using 'No Boundary Limits' by Unknown Modder. It needs updating, but can still work when changing the 'explosive boundary' to 'false' in the ini. To deal with the waves issue, both Menyoo and Enhanced Native Trainer have 'wave controls' you can use to tone them down. There are other water mods, but I haven't used them so you'll need to figure out what will work. How many pieces (objects) are in this btw? If it's over 800, folks with less powerful setups will have problems with it loading in and dropped frames. Looks good though!
