In case you've been hiding under a rock. I should give you a tour of the updated Rockford Hills Mansion. It is all one thing! You have everything you could possibly need, including a pool, a tennis court, and a garage that can fit up to two cars with more space outside.

- For Menyoo: Go to your GTAV Directory.. Once in the Directory, Drag and Drop
"houseimproved" in: menyooStuff / Spooner
- Once in-game. Open Menyoo, then go to: Object Spooner/ Manage Saved Files / houseimproved / Load Placements

For Backing-up Textures (A MUST THING):
Options:
a. Back-up your x64h.rpf before installing the OIV..
b. (Recommended) Copy x64h.rpf in your mods folder.. and choose the mods folder for installation in the OIV..

@NOT_ALIYAN as far as I remember there was a door underneath the tennis court, find it and it will teleport you to the secret location
