@ImNotMentaL I just took some time and tried the old one I posted the link of before. It actually is working for me, but merging it into my mod would still be cool. Do you have an idea how I should realize all the distances for the warnings? E.g. the "50-40-30-20-10", is this unit in feet or meter, or do you think should I make it selectable? The same goes for the "terrain pull up" message. (Which I plan to realize with 2-3 different raycasts with the same length)
@gta-v-vice You are welcome :)
And thx for the 5 * rating ;)
@gta-v-vice Also an basic math example on how you would be able to get 2000 km/h:
if Mach 1.0 is 1234 km/h, then 2000 km/h is approximately 1.62 Mach and you have to write "<v_max>1.62</v_max>", since 1.62 x 1234 km/h roughly 2000 km/h.
@Ivanya This mod is not supposed to be a real life physics simulation, it is just for entertainment purposes and action. The game limits us modders in creating such animations and this was the closest super sonic boom animation i was able to create. If you dislike the sonic boom effect, simply disable it. :)
@gta-v-vice so the mode itself is working for you? You just have trouble with the settings?
@gta-v-vice This is the maximum speed you can achieve with your aircraft as multiple of Mach 1 (= 340.29 m/s = 1234.8 km/h = 767.269 mph).
To get different speeds, you have set change "<v_max>1.2</v_max>".for the specific aircraft inside the file "YOUR GTA V DIRECTORY/scripts/Super_Sonic/Super_Sonic_aircrafts.xml"
To make this clear: The mod itself is working for you
And if you are interested in what Mach is:
@Ivanya 1.: it is an good idea, to save the last game mode automatically when you switch it, so thx for that input. 2.: Honestly I dont plan to add that feature, since it would overcomplicate the mod I think. And also thx for the 5* rating :)
@Reece_Bishop make sure, that you have everything I mentioned installed :)
@josketer @gta-v-vice then I guess GTA V doesn't run with Administratior rights, which is necessary to write to the ini file.
And as josketer pointed out (thx for your help!) you can set any maximum speed you want...
@Reece_Bishop no, this is the wrong erroog. The right one is called something like "ScripthookDotNet.log"
